Welcome to the City of Nanaimo's bid opportunities website
Effective July 19, 2021, the City of Nanaimo has moved to bids&tenders for digital procurement management.
Competitive bid documents, addenda and award information is posted on this website.
This site allows Bidders to create a Bidding System Vendor account.
After creating a bidding system vendor account with bids&tenders, you can select commodity categories for goods and services you supply and the bidding system will notify you by email of the bid opportunities matching your commodity categories selection(s).
Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is accurate and kept current.
The City of Nanaimo does not charge any document, project or administrative fees to Bidders. In order to submit a bid, Bidders are required to create a Bidding System Vendor Account but are not required to pay an annual subscription fee in order to submit a bid.
For step by step instructions on how to create an Account, please refer to the Vendor Guide.
