Description: 

The City of Nanaimo invites qualified Contractors to submit proposals for the renovation of Room #6 at the Beban Park Social Centre. The objective of the renovation is to transform the space and enhance its functionality for Japanese Canadian community events and cultural programming. The City seeks an experienced Contractor to complete the Work, while ensuring high-quality results and cost-effectiveness for the City and its stakeholders.

The budget for this project is $225,000 with a $25,000 contingency. Any proposals submitted exceeding $225,000 will be deemed non-compliant and will not be considered for evaluation. 

This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
