Description: 

This RFSOQ is seeking a General Contractor as an IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) Partner for major updates to the City of Nanaimo’s Public Works Yard. The project is made up of four phases that includes:  

  1. Validation  

  2. Design/ Procurement 

  3. Construction and commissioning phase; and  

  4. Warranty. 

The General Contractor will be required to enter a CCDC 30 Agreement.  

This RFSOQ is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
