The Owner invites Bids to remove the existing roofing system, replace with new roofing system and replace targeted mechanical equipment at the Port Theatre located at 125 Front Street, Nanaimo, British Columbia.

The Successful Bidder will be required to enter into a CCDC 2 (2020) Stipulated Price Contract.

This Request for Bid is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
