This RFSOQ is a request by the City of Nanaimo to provide statements of qualifications for Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) facilitation services. The City will be beginning an IPD process for its Public Works Yard Updates project and is considering initiating IPD processes for other major capital projects soon, which may include major renovations or replacement of an existing Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) detachment and other major municipal facility and/or infrastructure projects. Facilitation services are required in order ensure a smooth transition into the IPD process and to set these projects up for success throughout that process. At its discretion, the City may award additional projects under this contract. The scope and fees for any additional projects will be negotiated. |
