The solution should foster transparent communication, encourage meaningful community participation, and support diverse engagement channels to ensure accessibility for all citizens.

This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
