Notice is hereby given by the City of Nanaimo (City) of its intent to direct award a contract to:

Contracted Vendor Ricoh Canada Inc.
Notice is hereby given, the City of Nanaimo (the City) is a member of Sourcewell and Canoe Procurement Group of Canada and is eligible to procure through the cooperative contracts administered by Canoe Procurement Group Canada and Sourcewell. The City of Nanaimo is utilizing the Canoe Procurement Group Canada Contract for the recommended award as noted below:
 

Value of the Contract
The value of the contract is anticipated to be $18,500.00 inclusive of all applicable taxes over a 60-month period. This includes the initial purchase of one (1), Ricoh IM C6010 and includes equipment delivery and installation, removal and disposal of old equipment, extended warranty, guaranteed maintenance plan, black and white cost per copy charge, complete coverage for parts, labour, drum, toner, regular and emergency maintenance.
