The works generally consist of removal of the asphalt parking lot opposite beach #1 and installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, asphalt drive aisles, permeable pavers, gravel parking and trails, stormwater management features with associated landscaping, furnishings and all works incidental thereto as shown on the specifications and drawings. Additionally, the project may contain the following provisional works including installation of curb & gutter, sidewalk and boulevard along Westwood Road. |
