The City of Nanaimo (the City) is inviting respondents to provide proposals to supply, install, and operate secure bicycle parking within the City under a service agreement over a ten (10) year period with the possibility of extension for additional five (5) years. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19). |
