Description: 

The City wishes to retain the services of an engineering consultant to provide professional engineering services to evaluate and design the First Street Area Utility Upgrade project. This project encompasses six sections of utility upgrades in the area around First Street and Doric Ave, including sanitary main sections along Bowen Road, Doric Avenue, First Street, along with an alley and an easement connecting to Ashlar Avenue. Additionally a watermain section will be replaced along Doric Ave.
