The City invites Proposals from qualified Proponents for 1) the supply and delivery of bedding annual plants, 2) supply of basket annual plants for low-water hanging baskets and 3) supply of annual plants and assembly of the felt-lined hanging baskets as further described in Section 5.0 Specifications. If awarded, the term of the Agreement will commence on or about October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026, with four (4) one (1) year optional extensions. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19). |
