The City invites Proposals from qualified Engineering Consultants to provide professional engineering services for the detailed design of a phased replacement of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermain, and roadway infrastructure included for the Townsite Area Utility Upgrades Project.  Tender preparation, construction administration and construction inspection may also be required.
