The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to retain a Consultant to perform Topographical Survey Services on an “if and when” requested basis. The City does not guarantee a minimum amount of Work or dollar value for each project assignment or for the total value of work in a given year. 

This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
