Description: 

The City of Nanaimo is requesting Proposals from qualified Contractors (the “Proponent”) with expertise in landscape maintenance as further described in Schedule ‘A’ through Schedule ‘A14’.

If awarded, the term of the Agreement will be for one (1) year commencing on January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, with two 2-year optional extensions. 

This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
