The purpose of this Request for Bids is to select one or more qualified Suppliers to provide Tire Supply and Related Services, on an “as and when required” basis as identified in:
• Schedule A/Part 1: Light Duty – Tires New;
• Schedule A/Part 2: Light Duty – Tires Services;
• Schedule A/Part 3: Light Duty – Roadside Service;

• Schedule B/Part 1: Heavy Duty- New Tires;
• Schedule B/Part 2: Heavy Duty- Tire Services;
• Schedule B/Part 3: Heavy Duty- Retreads (Cap and Casing);
• Schedule B/Part 4: Heavy Duty- Roadside Service;
 

• Schedule C/Part 1: Fire Trucks- New Tires;
• Schedule C/Part 2: Fire Trucks- Tire Services;
• Schedule C/Part 3: Fire Trucks- Roadside Service;
 

• Schedule D/Part 1: Fire Department’s Fleet – New Tires;
• Schedule D/Part 2: Fire Department’s Fleet – Tire Services;
• Schedule D/Part 3: Fire Department’s Fleet – Roadside Service;
 

The Schedules are available in the ‘Schedule of Prices’ section of bids&tenders.
 

Bidders may Bid on one Schedule or a combination of all Schedules; however, any Schedule(s) Bid must include all Parts of that Schedule. If the Schedule is missing any Part, the Schedule will be deemed incomplete, and the Bid for that Schedule will not be evaluated.
 

The City reserves the right to award one Schedule or combination of all Schedules to one or more Suppliers.
 

This Request for Bid is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter 5 and the New West Partnership Trade Agreement.
