This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”), as may be amended from time to time by Addenda is an invitation by the City to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for engineering and construction services to upgrade the Cottle Lake Trail along the south shoreline. The successful proponent will provide all the necessary engineering, design, material procurement, management, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, components, and waste disposal.

The Successful Proponent will be required to enter into a Pre-Construction Services Agreement to facilitate early contractor involvement and negotiations and should negotiations prove successful, enter into a CCDC 14 (2013) Contract.
