This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”), as may be amended from time to time by Addenda is an invitation by the City to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for the Stadium District Amenity Buildings Project. The Successful Proponent will be required to enter into a CCDC5B-2025 (Appendix A) construction management contract with CCDC 5B-2025 Supplementary General Conditions (Appendix A.1) for pre-construction Services. Prior to the commencing Work the City expects to enter into a CCDC 2 Stipulated Price contract and Supplementary Conditions (Appendix B). This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19). |
