The City is seeking a qualified contractor to work with the City of Nanaimo Traffic Signal Technician to complete upgrades deemed outside the scope of standard maintenance, which are most often identified through a project requirement or other scheduled manner. Please refer to Section 5.0 Scope of Services and Requirements for more detailed information. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19). |
