This Request for Proposals seeks qualified Contractors to provide construction services for the Nanaimo Aquatic Centre. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the removal, supply, installation, and commissioning of a new water feature at the facility.

This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
