This Request for Bid is an invitation by the City of Nanaimo to Bidders to submit a Bid for the supply and delivery of Chlorine Gas to the Water Treatment Plant, 2500 South Forks Road, Nanaimo, BC on an “as required” basis as further described herein.

If awarded, the term of the Agreement is anticipated to commence on or about March 21, 2025 and expire on March 31, 2026 with four 1-year optional extensions.

This Request for Bid is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
