Description: 

The City is seeking an experienced consulting firm to undertake a review of existing mobility regulations and bylaw documentation (as well as those from peer communities), complete a needs assessment to identify pressure points, and support the City to update the corresponding documents. It is expected that public engagement will be undertaken as part of the process to both affirm community expectations and guide implementation.

This Request for Statement of Qualifications is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
