The City of Nanaimo is undertaking an RFSOQ (Request for Statement of Qualifications) to secure a consultant that has extensive experience with Storm Water funding models, in particular the development of a utility.   The City’s objective is to have users of the storm system fund their share of the costs and to establish predictable funding streams for sustainable service delivery.
