The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to invite Proposals from qualified Engineering Consultants to provide professional engineering services for the detailed design of the of watermain, sanitary sewer, and roadway infrastructure included in the Thunderbird Area Utility Upgrades (the Project). Tender preparation, construction administration and construction inspection may also be required. |
