The City of Nanaimo invites submissions from qualified consulting firms that have experience with the application and use of geographic information systems (GIS) and Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) technology in a government setting. This would include but is not limited to experience with data development, data management, mapping, modeling, script development with python and spatial analysis. The objective of this procurement is to select and retain one (1) consultant to deliver a wide range of professional services to the City on an as and when requested basis and aid City staff in meeting the operational and strategic objectives of the City of Nanaimo Geographic Information System (GIS).
