The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to secure Proposals from qualified Contractors to remove graffiti on an as and when requested basis. The volume of work assigned, if any, could vary from year to year and time to time. The Contractor must provide graffiti removal professionals with experience in this work and provide materials, equipment and transportation.
This RFP is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19. |
