The City is seeking Proposals from qualified diving providers to perform underwater inspections, minor maintenance and repair services, and reporting for dam structures at various water supply locations requiring inspection. The purpose of these inspections is to ensure the integrity, safety, and functionality of the underwater water supply structures. The work will be assigned on an “as, if and when required” basis. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19). |
