Notice is hereby given by the City of Nanaimo (City) of its intent to direct award a contract to:
Suncorp Valuations Suite 669, 666 Burrard Street Vancouver, BC V6C 2X8
Contract Value The Contract Value will be an estimated $ 106,000.
Contract Term The term of the contract will be the required duration to review a portfolio of built assets and equipment, which is expected to be approximately 26 weeks.
Project Scope/Scope of Services Provide an appraisal service, including site inspection of specified, insurable assets associated with each of the 133 subject properties. The inspection will include:
