Awarded Summary
The City has selected The Get Go Inc. and Manufacturers Automation Inc. to participate in the next phase of the evaluation process.
In accordance with 4.4 of the RFPQ:
The City may, at their sole discretion, invite one or more Respondents for a demonstration under each category. The demonstration will include but not be limited to:
- Field testing
Further, 5.5 of the RFPQ states:
- 5.5 Phase 2: Testing Period
- The vendors proposed devices will be selected for field testing based on meeting the criteria for the City’s specifications outlined above and in the Specifications section in bids&tenders.
- If more than one vendor meets the minimum mandatory specifications and are able to supply cellular modems and routers/switches, the vendors proposed products will be purchased for testing and evaluated on their own merits.
- The City will select up to three (3) Suppliers to participate in Phase 2. Selected Suppliers will be required to supply one (1) cellular modem and one (1) router/switches for a test period of one (1) year, and may be required to increase the required number to 10 and increase of 6 units of each device. The City shall pay the price proposed in the Suppliers RFPQ submission.
