The City is seeking the services of a Construction Manager (CM) with extensive experience collaborating on restoration projects in existing facilities where numerous stakeholder interests exist to complete a major mechanical system renewal, including HVAC, structural, electrical, and building enclosure services. More information about the required services can be found in Section 5 of this RFP and Schedule A1 from the CCDC 5B document. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19). |
