The City is seeking proposals from a qualified Proponents to execute the Knotweed (Fallopia spp.) and Hogweed (Heracleum mantegazzianum) Control Program on public land in the City of Nanaimo on an, if and when requested basis. The program involves site preparation, treatment application, and reapplication (if-necessary) at all Knotweed and Giant Hogweed sites identified and assigned by the Parks Horticulture Supervisor. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19). |
