Summary and Details
Notice is hereby given by the City of Nanaimo (City) of its intent to direct award a contract to:

City Green Solutions Society
214-620 View Street 
Victoria, BC, V8W 1J6

The City wishes to enter into an Agreement with City Green Solutions Society for the following reasons:

  • Integration with the Home Energy Navigator (HEN) program is critical to the success of the proposed PACE loan program.  City Green Solutions Society has a contract to operate the HEN program in the Reginal District of Nanaimo, including Nanaimo until December 31, 2025.

  • The proposed program is modeled after the Saanich and Central Saanich programs which both of these programs are managed by City Green Solutions Society.   These are the only PACE loan programs in the province.

    Contract Value
    The Contract Value will be an estimated $75,000.00 for the initial term.

    Contract Term
    The term of the contract will be for two (2) years with an option to extend, at the City’s sole discretion, for an additional two (2) year term.
