The Successful Proponent(s) will be required to provide Tree Services for the City, on an as, if and when required basis as further described in Section 5.0 Scope of Services and Requirements and Section 6.0 Service Specifications. No commitments or guarantees are made with respect to the number or value of Request for Services that may be requested from the Contractor over the effective period of the Agreement.
