This RFSOQ is seeking the services of a Professional Engineering Firm (Consultant) with extensive, successful building enclosure and structural design experience, including cable-stayed structures to complete a detailed design, project-specific contract documents and construction, contract administration, and post construction services. The required experience may be within a single firm or a partnership between multiple firms. More information regarding the required services can be found in Section 5.

This RFSOQ is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
