This Request for Statement of Qualifications is seeking professional consulting services to provide expertise in residential building stock inventory and characterisation with an ability to develop corresponding calculation of greenhouse gas emissions, with the end result being a feasibility analysis of policy and financing options to drive deep energy retrofits specific to this building stock.
