The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to secure a Professional Engineering Consultant for detailed design of Phase 2 Seventh Street Pump Station Project. This project encompasses mechanical upgrades to the pump station to bring the second wet well online and solutions to address odour complaints received since the first phase of the project was completed.  

Tender assistance, construction administration and construction inspection are not included in the scope of this RFP but may be required and are considered optional work. If optional work is required, the City will negotiate the scope and fee.

This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5.
