Description: 

The City of Nanaimo is requesting Bids from qualified landscape maintenance Contractors to provide landscape maintenance Services predominantly for the spring and fall mowing season to the City of Nanaimo North Area Parks as further described herein.

Site maps for North Area for Level B Sites are included in Attachment 1 and Site maps for Level C Sites are included in Attachment 2.  These maps are intended only to be used to show the Bidder the area where the Work is to be performed, and are not guaranteed to be accurate.  Attachment 1 and Attachment 2 are posted as a separate document to this RFP document.

If awarded, the term of the Agreement will commence on or about May 15, 2025 to December 31, 2026, with three (3) one (1) year optional extensions. 

This Request for Bid is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
