This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”), as may be amended from time to time by Addenda is an invitation by the City of Nanaimo to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for replacement of approximately 340m of Storm Drainage Piping, 235m of watermain, 1750m of Concrete Curb and Gutter, 2450sq.m of sidewalk, 6830 square meters of asphalt resurfacing, replacement of streetlights, installation of 4 landscaped medians, landscaping in Italian Square Park and Pioneer Park and all other work shown on the Contract Drawings. Pricing for the replacement of traffic signals at Commercial Street, Gordon Street and Esplanade shall be provisional. The Successful Proponent will be required to enter into a City of Nanaimo MOESS Contract should negotiations prove successful. This Negotiated Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19. |
