The City is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to deliver a comprehensive Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP). The program must offer structured, confidential counseling and support services to employees and their immediate family members. In addition, the program must include Critical Incident Response, Substance Abuse Assessment, and Work Referral Services, as outlined in Section 5.0: Scope of Services and Requirements. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19). |
