Description: 

The City invites Proposals for two separate Projects for watering services and maintenance. Proponents may bid on Project 1, Project 2 or both Project 1 and 2. 

Project 1 - Hanging Basket Watering and Maintenance: Consists of the care and maintenance of Felt and Hard Hanging baskets and Planters, which requires consistent watering, weeding, and fertilizing to ensure hanging baskets and planters remain alive and beautiful throughout the growing season. 

Project 2 - Watering for Park Trees, Street Trees and Restoration Plantings: Consists of watering trees, filling water bags and water rings for designated street trees and fertilizing trees. Surface watering is required.
