The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to secure Proposals from qualified Suppliers for the supply and delivery of Street Banners. Suppliers will work with the City and the artists to ready the artwork for printing and deliver the street banners to the City no later than January 15th. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19. |
