The City of Nanaimo requires a Contractor to support its water treatment program and invites Proposals from experienced Proponent’s to provide Chemical Water Treatment Services at multiple facilities. Section 5 of this RFP further explains the locations, types of systems and additional required details. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19). |
