The City invites Proponents to submit proposals for construction services for the Midtown Gateway Phase 2A Final Ground Improvements and Utilities Project.  The construction project generally consists of earthworks, ground improvements using rapid impact compaction (RIC) technologies, installation of large diameter underground water supply infrastructure, installation of underground municipal servicing utilities, surface restoration, and all works incidental thereto.
