Description: 

The works generally consist of:

  1. Starting at Turnstone place and terminating at the Nanaimo Parkway: the replacement of the sanitary sewer consisting of the installation of approximately 97m of new pipe and associated fittings, manholes, service connections and tie-ins; removal of existing sewer and manhole when required; all works incidental thereto as shown in the specifications and drawings.
  2. Starting at the south-west corner of 557 Doreen Place and aligned in a north-west direction adjacent to the Nanaimo Parkway: the replacement of the sanitary sewer, consisting of the installation of approximately 176m of new pipe and associated fittings, manholes and tie ins; removal of existing sewer and manhole when required; all works incidental thereto as shown in the specifications and drawings
  3. From Garside Road along easement on 6074/ 6080 Garside Road: the replacement of the sanitary sewer, consisting of the installation of approximately 48m of new pipe including tie-ins to existing man-holes, abandoning old pipe and all works incidental thereto as shown in the specifications and drawings
