This Request for Statement of Qualifications (the “RFSOQ”) is an invitation by the city to prospective and qualified Respondents to submit their qualifications with post-tension evaluation, design, and construction oversight services, as described in Section 4. This RFSOQ is the first stage of a two-stage process. The second stage includes negotiation starting with the highest ranked Respondent to select one or more suppliers, see Section 3.3.
This Request for Statement of Qualifications is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19. |
