Description: 

This RFSOQ is seeking to secure a multidisciplinary consulting team for park improvements in Westwood Lake Park. 

The City seeks to complete detailed design and permitting for a new washroom/amenity building and beach improvements at First Beach. The City would also like to explore opportunities to re-purpose the existing washroom/amenity building at this park for other uses. Tender assistance, construction, administration and inspection services are not included in the scope of this work but may be required and are considered optional work. The City will negotiate the scope and fee if optional work is required. 

This RFSOQ is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
