This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services. The Successful Proponent will be required to enter into CCDC 5B Contract should negotiations prove successful. This RFP is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19. |
