The City is seeking Qualified Suppliers with experience providing professional upfitting Services for light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles, including cab and chassis, for various wheelbases, on an as, if and when requested basis. In order to meet the upfitting service needs of the City, the Supplier will have sufficient staff, equipment suppliers, and workspace to perform the upfitting services. Interested Respondents are invited to submit a Response to this RFPQ for the opportunity to be evaluated and determine whether they are eligible to be added to the City’s Prequalification List of Qualified Suppliers. Only Qualified Suppliers will be sent and may respond to the Second Stage Procurement Process. This Request for Prequalification is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19). |
