The construction of three new above ground pressure reducing valve stations and kiosks on Blueback Road, Tahoe Avenue (Cathers Lake), and the end of Ninth Street, including all associated components, piping, fittings, concrete slab, electrical works, drainage works, kiosks, surface restoration, decommissioning of underground chambers, and all other works incidental thereto as shown on the specifications and drawings.
