The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to secure a professional engineering consultant for the detailed design of the Princess Royal Area Watermain Upgrade project. This project encompasses six sections of watermain upgrades in the area around Princess Royal Avenue, including sections along Brierley Hill Road, Princess Royal Avenue, Belford Avenue, Discovery Avenue and Hemlock Street.
Tender assistance, construction administration and construction inspection are not included in the scope of this RFP but may be required and are considered optional work. If optional work is required, the City will negotiate the scope and fee. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19. |
