Description: 

The City is seeking to engage a Consulting Team to produce a Commercial Street Master Plan. Commercial Street is the heart of Downtown Nanaimo, and together with the Old City Quarter and Victoria Crescent, comprise the downtown core of the City. The Commercial Street Master Plan will provide an opportunity to create a design vision and plan that will help reposition this area of the downtown core as a vibrant destination through a guiding unified design of the City road right of way from edge of building to edge of building.
